FAMILY WEEKS
• Children over the age of 12 are welcome at the resort all year round.
• Children under the age of 12 are permitted during our Family Weeks, which are:
- ALL the month of January
- from 15th June to 15th July
- ALL the month of December
Rates are per night and include all meals, all non-alcoholic beverages and all activities except game fishing, scuba diving, spa, massage and facials.

Yasawa Island Resort & Spa is a 35 minute scenic flight from Nadi International Airport. The Resort's airstrip is a short 10 minute transfer to the resort.
Baggage limit is a strict 15kg per person. Extra baggage may be left at Nadi Airport - Civil Aviation Security Storage adjacent to the Departure Lounge.

AIR TRANSFER
Yasawa Island Resort & Spa charters a flight out of Nadi at approximately 1400 daily. Flight Departure times are confirmed to guests on final payment prior to travel to Fiji.
Due to loading and weather conditions, Yasawa reserves the right to change the flight departure time and type of aircraft used.

Meet and Greet
A uniformed member of our staff attends to all our flights out of Nadi.
Airport and other Transfers - in Nadi
For your comfort our Meet and Greet staff is able to provide transfers between Nadi Airport and various hotels or a nearby town, in our air-conditioned Mini-Bus. Please note that this service is not complimentary. A nominal charge applies and is considerably lower than the cost of taxis.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
• Prices are subject to change due to events beyond our control.
• No minimum stay required.
• Deposit of US$1000 per bure is payable within 7 days of confirmation of booking.
• Non-payment of deposit would result in release of bure.
• Balance of payment due 30 days prior to arrival or cancellation of booking may result.

Cancellation notice must be received in writing by fax or email from the Reservation Company, the receipt of which needs to be verified by Yasawa Island Resort.
